This is a moderate level class for people looking to build strength and power using strongman implements like a farmer’s walk set, frame carry, yolk walk, wheelbarrow, Husafel stone, Sandbags, heavy sled work and much more! It will challenge your entire body like never before. This class is not designed or intended for true beginners. We recommend a basic fitness understanding or participation in the “Intro to Strongman” before signing up as the weights will be heavy and exercises challenging right away.
